My complaint:
Have a blower that seized contacted Ryobi said to take it to service center. Contacted them and was instructed to bring it in, they said they couldn’t do anything to file a warranty claim with Ryobi. Ryobi chat says to file claim through Service Company, they will not do it. Have emails from Service Company and chat text from Ryobi. Have wasted 6 hours with this to date, very frustrating
