My complaint:
purchased at home depot-paid $12.00 for 2 year extended warranty- 09062019- warranty ryobi 3 years-paid $97.98 for unit-paid $12.00 for extended warranty- purchased for my wife to use-as she doesnot like using large gas powered unit i have- unit worked good for 1 plus years- but now major leak from the connection to the trigger wand from the wand- one ofor both units are messed up- o rings are ok-hooks up fine- but still spreays all over the connection-as it being electric it is a definitre saafety hazard,, my wife pays alot for her tools she uses thru home depot,, she wants a new trigger handle and wand,, we have both bought many ryobi tools over the years- plz make her happy,, thank you send replacement parts it would be greatly appreciated

ok- just replace the wand and trigger handle- or just replace the entiore unit - ryobi elec pressure clnr-model-ry141612- serial number of ev19245d180027- 1600 psi- 1.2 gpm ok its 1022am jan 3rd 2022- ive been on the phone for about 50 minutes waiting for anybody to answer the phone-- all the time message-plz stay on the phone like every 20 seconds,,
