My complaint:

At the beginning of Oct. 2019 i paid 382.58€ for 2 return flights from Alicante to Bologna and also car hire to the value of 227.13€. Because of the virus the flights were cancelled by Ryanair and they have offered a voucher or refund of only 350.62 in total. I am still waiting for the refund but i should be offered the fund refund including the car hire as i booked it through Ryanair

I have been trying to change my flight for the last two or three days, I have emailed I’ve been on the live chat I’ve tried to call I’ve gone on to manage my flight details and have been unsuccessful and all these things nobody answer the phone or chat or any emails, all I wanted to do was change my flights for different dates due to the circumstances of Coronavirus
