My complaint:
I am very upset with your comoany. We had a holiday due on the 25 may 2020 flight number EDWKR for a family of 4 which was cancelled due to covid.Having tried several times to contact yourselves, finally got through to arrange a cheque which eventually came on the 14 december, when I banked the cheque 1day later I received a letter from the bank claiming the cheque could not be processed.In turn once again tried to get in touch with you but your company keep telling me it’s a high priority, but I’m getting nowhere it’s now Been 8 months. I have several reference numbers which are 3291685, 2894351, 2933051,.
Suggested solution:
I want the money transferred into my bank account just like the original payment was made
