My complaint:
Disgraceful servuce
Hi.my name is derek mcdermott.i recently had ab awful flight with your airline and I hope you actually read this because without customers ryanair would not be here.
Myself and my wife were on flight number fr3880 to dubrovnik.
So it starts off the flight took off late and we were sitting on the runway for well over twenty minutes .as you can imagine you get hungry and thirsty and would you believe the trolley service didn’t get to us until over two hours into a three hour flight.this is we’re it gets better.when the cabin crew got to us they had one cheese baguette left.no soft drinks,no savourys and no crisps and no hot food .they had nothing.this is disgraceful.when my wife was paying with her an post visa card they flight attendant was telling her that her card was blocked but then telling her it wasn’t blocked and they don’t accept this card everyone around us was looking,talk about mortified.it took another flight attendant to come down and sort it out
I then asked her why there was nothing as in food and drinks and she apologised and then told us the best line ever which was THE FLIGHT WAS COMING BACK FROM SPAIN AND DID NOT GET RESTOCKED THERE,THIS USUALLY HAPPENS ON THE EVENING FLIGHTS.as you can imagine we were stunned with this and so was the other passengers. The flight crew here had no customer service skills at all and this is not acceptable.
Now we get to our flight back.fr3881 on Sunday 1st from dubrovnik.as you know the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours as it should have took off at 2 15 pm but we got changed to 4 20 pm.i and many others didn’t get that email early,not that it would have made a difference as we had checked out of our apartment in time for our flight.we were sitting in the lounge and just after 1 pm our flight changed off the board from 2 15 to 4 20.as you can imagine there was a lot of disgruntled customers who obviously hadn’t been informed .
There was no other flights from ryanair to change to so we were stuck there.
Then we get on the plane and oh my god to think it can’t get worse.it was so dirty with crisps .bottles and sweet wrappers.it hadn’t bn cleaned.it was so dirty and gruppy and again has really let our impression of ryanair down.i have pictures I took that I’m going to forward to you as I’m trying to transfer them from phone to laptop.i was then told the plane was flown In from london and everything done in a hurry.this is not acceptable as we paid good money for these flights.
We were then left in the plane on the runway for at least another twenty minutes as there was delays.i would also like to ask why we had to pay for priority booking for coming home as everyone was put onto buses and there was no priority lines ,I know we pay for carry on but why for priority boarding when there is no such thing in this airport.
So all in all the experience has bn terrible.i remind you we paid hood money for these flights.the knock on affect from the delayed flight meant we also had to pay our babysitter for nearly four hours extra not mind not seeing our child as she had gone to bed to tired as we were due in before 6pm but arrived after 9 30 pm.this experience has been a complete shambles and would like to know what you are going to do about!
