My complaint:
We tried on several occasions to change and re-arrange flights for 2021, due to covid 19 and government guidelines, they told us we could only rearrange for the day after or day before, we asked for a flight voucher which they also refused. We ended up not flying and now they won’t give us a refund, we have asked for a no show letter to try and claim through our own insurance, which they have now sent. The customer service advisors are poor and have been dreadful in trying to sort out or complaint. We will be taking further action.
Suggested solution:
Due to covid 19 and government guidelines, we should of either been given a refund or travel flight voucher to use at a later date.
