My complaint:
On 27042020 I completed a refund application form for an outward bound flight to Mallorca which had been cancelled by Ryanair and on 07052020 I completed a refund application form for a return flight from Mallorca which had also been cancelled. Having submitted these forms I was advised that a refund payment would be processed once approved.
I appreciate that the volume of claims you have received must be great but I am anxious to be credited with a full refund as soon as possible. Can you please let me know when I can expect a refund? Please note I do not want a voucher.
Suggested solution:
Refund the monies paid for the cancelled flights into the account I originally made the payment from.
