My complaint:
on returning from France she was left on the plain for over 1 hour on the 21st of september flight number A7Y4WQ at London stansted . as a result she mist her train and had to stay over night in London alone costing £76 i was unawere of this as i was on my way home having been on the flight with her . .
Suggested solution:
i think the least you can do is pay her hotel and more for the stressed state she was in when see called me
