My complaint:

Dear SirMadam
I am writing to you to inform how was your company gave me misinformation and particularly one staff who said she is a manager but she wasn’t gave me her name was very rude in the front of my kids and people .
Before I trip on 27072029 at 19:20 from Bristol- Seville , I called to customer service to ask if is possible my son can take with him his hoverboar , they said YES NOT PROBLEM , but I have to pay for it £35 as sport equipment, I did it , I added with my son tickets. When we arrived at the Bristol airport , we checked all baggage and the item in the desk , we inform the staff about hover board and she said no problem and she stocked the fragile label on it and everything was great till we were into the plane and uneducated staff coming looking for my son to telling him his item is confiscated and would be destroyed . Me as a parent I call to many phone numbers to recovery the hoverboard but unfortunately I couldn’t because the Ryanair staff , no one gave me any information and finally I called to Bristol airport and they told me the item was destroyed.

Suggested solution:

I know you as Ryanair company unfortunately you can’t do anything to your staff . The unique thing I want just recovery the hover board for my son because was his birthday gift on 28072019 .
I look forward to hearing from you soon as possible thank you.
