My complaint:
I had checked into my flight with Ryanair to London from Dublin, and then on the app it asked if I wanted to check in for the return flight to which I said no. This would mean that I was checked into my outbound flight, however, it didn’t check me in. This is quite misleading and makes the customer into believing that she is checked in on the outbound. They have designed their app in a way to mislead and misrepresent information, trying to squeeze out as much money put of consumers.
Suggested solution:
I would like the refund of 55 euros that I was charged even though they had me believe that I was checked in, at the airport. I would like further compensation as this is misleading and abuses the consumer and their choices. They should be sued for this.
