My complaint:

I had requested a government tax refund in August and received an unclear email stating my query was now resolved and closed.

The matter has not been resolved and I am extremely disappointed with RyanAir and the customer service teams.

The email stated that I was eligible to reschedule the flight to December 2020 but I am not able to do this in the my bookings section as stated. Also, as I received the email about this in September it is unreasonable for RyanAir to expect me to complete another trip in that constrained of a time-frame.

I have repeatedly contacted RyanAir through their different mediums but there is no option of contacting RyanAir by phone to resolve the matter, the online systems have often left me waiting indefinitely for a member of the Ryanair Team to respond. This is appalling customer service and I would not fly with Ryanair again as a consequence, if and until this matter is resolved.

Suggested solution:

Refund the government tax of my flight or compensate me for my time wasted in the inadequate customer service mediums which have taken up countless hours of my time when chasing up this query.
