My complaint:
My name is Mary Buckley,I’m a regular traveler with Ryan Air,my complaint is in relation to flight FR4158 from Shannon to Alicante on 28022020 at 15.30pm.
My flight experience was as follows: firstly take off was delayed for 20 mins approx, due to a number count I think,this delay caused a queue for the toilets even though they were asked to be seated, they ignored this request and continued with queues causing disruption for the duration of the flight.I was seated in 01B near the toilets and was subjected to abusive and drunken behavior by a group of males,it was an appalling and shocking experience.I felt threatened and intimidated as they were stepping on my toe,at this I felt panic and anxiety and sick in my stomach, I also heard other passengers express similar fears including my travel friend who was sitting in 02C. Throughout the flight they were standing up and shouting what would happen if a fight had broken out? one guy standing in front of me had urinated in his trousers while another got sick before landing.Unfortunately I left my headphones in my case so I had no escape. Furthermore I couldn’t even have a cup of tea despite the fact that the pilot wished us all an enjoyable flight. I addressed my fears and concerns with the air hostess and asked where I could make a complaint.I expressed how I felt my safety and wellbeing was compromised.This situation should not have arisen.I feel I’m entitled to be compensated for the anxiety stress and panic I endured throughout the flight and at the beginning of our holiday.
