My complaint:
We bought flight to Greece in May 2020. Due to Covid-19 you cancelled flight and offered us voucher 262915232520500001 worth 247.96 euros. We used this voucher for new flight to Crete from 24 May-4 June 2021. The flight cost 264 euros so we paid extra 16 euros. Then you changed the date and time of flight and offered cash refund if the change is not acceptable for us. We aked for cash refund but we got only 16 euros.
Suggested solution:
We would appreciate it if you send us remaining 247.96 euros.
