My complaint:
I ordered a dress in two sizes intending to return the one that didn’t fit. Although the dresses were nice, neither one fit. The only way to communicate with this company is via email to their customer service. I requested a refund of $115.98 and a return label. They responded by saying that “we are sorry that our clothes don’t meet your expecting, we’ll refund you US$30. Can you keep this order?”
I sent them another request for info on the return asking for a full refund. This time they replied with “No, each item in different style, the measurement is also different, we are sorry the items don’t fit you, but that’s not defective or damage.
You need to pay shipping cost for return, if you don’t want to return, we can offer refund of US$47 for your order as compensation, can you keep items?”
Based on the wording, I think I’m dealing with China.
I’m going to try one more time. Any advice is appreciated.
