My complaint:
Order number 15391946927 finally came. All three of the blouses were way smaller than stated on labels.
1. I want a return authorization number
2. Full refund of $107.97 USD
On August 21, 2024 I received an e-mail offering me $18.00 compensation and asked if I could keep the order? No authorization number.
Suggested solution:
i. give me a return authorization number
2. give me a full refund 0f $107.97 USD
