My complaint:
I booked a room in New Orleans they took money off my card and they never even told me nor gave me information about the room where it was or nothing. I won my dispute been dealing with this issues since February. They told me they sent a check through the mail and did not receive it. Than they told me they sent it April 7th it the 13th and I never received it.. a lady from rush card was giving me information and than she stopped and said she giving me to much information and hung up in my face.
Suggested solution:
They need to send my money back to me in the next 7days or I'm getting me a lawyer. It was 226 dollars they already took money from me before and lied and said Walmart had a pending amount when can't but things off Walmart.com unless you have that amount and I saw them take money off my card and I lost that dispute when I should have won. I need my money now. They said they can't access my account because I told them I don't want to no longer deal with them but they just got into my account in May.
