My complaint:
Someone stole my from my Rush card account. I called Rush to get help and I was told that they can’t tell me who did the last transaction on my account. I asked was there anyone else I could talk to like a supervisor or someone over them. I was told No. I’m trying to get some assistance but unable to get help.
Suggested solution:
They should have tried to get someone to help me resolved the problem. Instead of telling me that they can't help me and I can't talk to anyone else. I was basically told to find out myself who made the withdrawal and called back with the information. I need help with my account and somebody who cares.
