My complaint:

I discovered unauthorized charges on my card on 522. I live in MN and have had my card in my possession the entire time. The charges were made in NJ FL. The charges dated back to March. I immediately “paused” my card and contacted RushCard. They had my follow the dispute process and assured me the card was cancelled and they would issue a new one. Charges continue to be made through today 66. I spoke with RushCard many times to stop additional charges from going through, every time they helped me dispute the charges and said it shouldn’t continue…but it did. I also never received the new card in the mail. I will not be continuing to load money on this card, as this has been such a terrible experience, but I do need to get back the hundreds of dollars someone else spent of my money.

RushCard is too slow resolving money taken off your card but will quickly take they charges for using the card. I used to trust this service not anymore I want my 89.13 this federal money will contact postal inspectors.
