My complaint:

I have $4,500 in my RushCard account and trying to get a replacement card because my car got stolen and they won’t get any replacement card due to that I don’t have the old information that I had when I started my phone old phone number and my old email so I’m just trying to get replacing the car so I can get my money I can’t remember that stuff I’m trying to change my address and everything on there can you please help me

Suggested solution:

I just want what's in my account and can't get it because they wont give me a replacement card
