RushCard complaint: Rudeness, Wrong Information, not good service, withholding tranactions

My complaint:

I have been with RushCard since 2014. every since 2019 i have been noticing some funds has been taken from my account. the second thing i have notice is when ever you call to speak try to speak with someone they are very rude. the information the support team provides does not match up the the online services they claim to give as of today i will not be moving forward with you guys. i have a transaction that is being held for 3 to 7 days for what i have no clue, last but not least i was hung up on after i asked questions… i feel very disrespected and i will be taking other actions due to this matter

RELEASE MY FUNDS ASAP I HAVE THNGS THAT I NEED TO PURCHASE. ALSO RUSHCARD NEEDS TO TEACH THERE WORKERS HOW TO LISTEN MORE AND STOP BEING DISRESPECTFULY TO PEOPLE... RESTART TRANING 101
