RushCard complaint: RUSHCARD TAKING MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT AND FAILING TO RETURN IT

My complaint:

Money was taking out through Bill pay to pay my rent. On my statement shows that Bill pay was complete. Now it’s 3 months later and my landlord says that they never recieved the money so I go to check my rush card it still shows that it was complete so I called to talk to a representative and they told me that the bill pay was cancelled out. So I asked where did the the money go because it is not in my account they did not know So they gave me a case number and said that they will look into it and that it would take 2 to 3 business days. Its been 2 weeks I kept calling and all the representatives just been giving me the run around. So I eventually ended up talking to a supervisor and they told me my money would be released into my account Aug 18 or 19th its now the 24th. Everytime I try to talk to someone through the chat they end the chat when I ask about my case. I have screen shots of all the representatives who ended the chat without any help.

Suggested solution:

I just want my money back its been 3 months and I do not understand what is going on everyone that I talked to has jus been giving me the run around with no answer. I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW. Customers shouldn't have to go through these many hoops to get what is theirs. RUSHCARD has failed to even reach out to let me even know that my bill pay was cancelled and why not put my money back into my account. This is such an inconvenience to me and my landlord for RUSHCARD to playing with customers monies like this. I want my MONEY NOW.
