RushCard complaint: The birthdate onmy account that i havehad for over 15 years they say iswrong same birthdate i open account with

My complaint:

Went to filedispute4 charges told my bday on account was not the one i gave them same birthdate since beginning account

Suggested solution:

Fix my date of birth on their file all other info i gave was correct
