My complaint:
I sent in all Documents that were ask of me on )8022021 to have the security code remove still to this day 08282021 the security code has not been removed I cannot access my funds I cannot pay my bills I have been with Rush card since 2008 and this totally unacceptable every time I talk with Rush Card they tell me the same thing wait one to two business day well it’s 08282021 and the issue still has not been resolved.
Suggested solution:
By removing the security code weeks ago so that I can pay my bills as they are due
