My complaint:

My card expired. They sent me a new one a MONTH ago and I still haven’t been able to activate it. I’ve spoken to multiple representatives via message chat, they’ve all told me the same thing (1-2 business days) it’s been a MONTH and I still can’t access my card. I’ve emailed and asked for a call and still haven’t gotten one. Idk what else to do. I can’t access my own money and every 2 days I chat and they tell me 2 more days.

Suggested solution:

ACTIVATE MY CARD !!
