RushCard complaint: Can’t get balance on new card

My complaint:

Got a new card because l lost my old one now the new card will not give me balance on that account. When l call the old card it gives me balance that should be on new acct.

Suggested solution:

account. Want to be able to get my balance on new acct over the phone
