My complaint:

This company will not release my funds!!! How can you handle people’s money, but not have a live person to speak with? How do you know have a corporate office to call? The only method is chat they can end the chat whenever they feel like it. I’ve sent in multiple verification forms. Every time I chat, I get a different answer . Some say everything was accepted, same agents say more is needed. It’s been 5 days and I still have not had my funds released!

You should get a better customer service. Your a bank for gods sake! You handle people’s money, but the only communication is chat? this is becoming a legal issue. You all are holding something that doesn’t belong to you!
