My complaint:

My rushcard has recently expired I’ve completed all the additional steps that the representatives have asked of me still no replacement card I am extremely upset that I can not receive my funds via direct deposit I no longer want any services with this company and how can I resolve this to receive my funds?

Suggested solution:

Release my funds to me and close my rushcard account in its entirety.
