My complaint:

Why i can’t talk to person on the phone? I call the number and they put me on hold for 1 minute and than i wait for 15 to 20 minutes. I need help to lock in my account the email i use is no longer active and i can’t get my code. Any help? Im thinking about take all my money out and close my accout if i cant get into my accout.
