My complaint:
I have been told numerous times to send my tax forms to them. I have sent them my entire tax return numerous times and they keep saying I need to send it again in order to get my money. I’ve sent my whole tax return to them numerous times. I think they are scamming people out of their money. There is no excuse for me not being able to get my tax return put on my card.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money that I worked hard for. I am reporting them to the IRS BBB for stealing money. It should not have to come to this.
