My complaint:

My employer sent a direct deposit to my card. I have been with this company almost 8 years have always used rushcard. My deposit was bigger because it was a bonus they asked for documentation to prove who I was the amount being received. I sent them a copy of my license, the check stubs, letter from employer social security card. The rejected my social security card saying the last name was different to send in a marriage certificate to prove that I remarried so I did. Now they are back asking for a social security card. None of my information has changed same social, same employer just married they won’t release my money

The documentation should have been accepted my money released. I have been a customer for 17 years!!!
