RushCard complaint: They will not give me my money

My complaint:

I’ve asked RushCard for replacement card for the past couple months and they keep denying me for replacement card I have $ 7,899 in my account and they won’t transfer to my bank account.

They won’t it’s in the replacement card because I don’t know the email to my account I have dementia so I don’t remember all that I’m sleeping on the sidewalk because I can’t get to my money I’m left homeless because they won’t give me my money

Suggested solution:

All I want is for them to. Transfer my $ 7899. To my Chase bank account and they refuse someone stole my car and they want some replacement card I don\'t live in the same place I did before I don\'t have the same phone number I don\'t have the same email I\'m trying to change my address and my update my information with them I updated my Social Security today my direct deposit to my Chase bank account and they still won\'t transfer my money to my bank account
