My complaint:
On March 18th I made a purchase online for groceries to be delivered to my house from Walmart. The charge went through and a minute later a second charged for the same amount was ran again. I contacted Walmart who informed me that they had only turned in a single charge and that the second charge was being held by RushCard. I have continually try to contact RushCard since this purchase was double-charged and have not been able to connect with a person at any point. I called their support line and I am informed that they’re experiencing a larger volume of calls than normal. Try my call again later. I have called them from 7 in the morning all night off and on till 4 in the morning for 3 days I still have been unable to communicate with anybody and their service line disconnects after informing me of the large call volume I have had $308 deducted off of my RushCard for $105 order of groceries from Walmart.
Suggested solution:
They should release the double charged amount back to my card so that I get my money back.
