My complaint:

Your customer service agents is no help and they always tell you to go online to check your account and transaction. Going on your website does not help at all and it is not helpful. I would rather talk to a person instead of going online. I would not recommend or refer your company to anyone because your customer service is no good. I needed to know some information and the customer agent was no help. I would like to cancel my card but I can’t because of my situation. My son father had a account where he could send me money for our son, from card to card and he passed away on January 13, 2021. The last time I checked my balance I only had a dollar on my card and I checked on February 17, 2021 and I have $27 on my card. All I was trying to find out how and when that money was deposit into my account. The customer service agent would not helped.
