My complaint:
I have been having money coming out of my account in large amounts since March and I have been trying to reach rushcard for a detailed list of my transactions but they seem to no longer talk to people I tried to access the online account and can’t due to a old email address receiving the authentication code I finally got a representative today after trying for over a month and they tell me that their system is down and to call back in an hour I am beyond livid right now almost 500 bucks has been taken from me and I don’t know why

Because I have been a loyal customer with them for almost 10 years
