My complaint:
My account was suspended on January 3th 2021. I was told I had to send in my id social security and proof of address and write an handwritten letter to have my phone changed cause I didn’t have my old number. I did 2 days later I checked my id had a miss print of my name by 2 letter and my address was rejected mind you my address on my bill and my id matched that’s wasn’t good enough. I had to write another handwritten letter explaining that my Id was a misprint and send another bill with my address. Ok the letter was accept but once again my address wasn’t. Mind you I lost my job I got almost $600 in my account that I can’t access. I explained that they didn’t care I need my money. I have sent over 6 different bills with my same address on it and they still refuse to UNSUSPENDED my account and this is over a month later!!!!! I still don’t know if my money is still in the account they want answer the phone they only do chats it’s ridiculous.
Suggested solution:
When I sent in everything the agent on the chat told me to send it that should have been good enough. Every time I chat with somebody it’s something new they tell me what to do I do it then I check a few days later I have to do something else. My account should have been UNSUSPENDED weeks ago.
