My complaint:

I have been trying to speak to someone about my account since June 14, 2020. I have had services with rush card since 2007 and have never been treated so poorly as i have been these last days. I went to account to check on the status of my deposit to find out my card was closed. It took 12 chats and 6 calls within 2 days to get and answer as to what was going on with my account. (I have screen shots of chats that just wouldn’t answer me back after I put in my concern. I had chats to disconnect the sessions). I have had problems with my past employer not paying me all my money and I finally find out there was fraudulent activity going on with the employer with ADP(info that I finally got from a rep). I am now in a legal battle with CSB enterprise (the employer) and need documents showing that my account was closed , why it was closed, what was reporting and the dates. My complaints are that no one will give me the info I need. i faxed and email my documentations of proof 5 times and no response. The representatives kept sending me back around in circles from chat to email to phone to chat back to emails back to chat. All I want is the correct information about my account so that I can know how to handle my situation. I know you dont care but I am already out money due to knot getting paid for serving, my card is now closed and now I am behind on all my bills do none payment. All I want is answers about MY account. I have even up loaded documents into the document upload section on the website
