My complaint:
I have been with rushcard along time and I forgot my password and user Id because it has been so long since I have use the app and I have been calling rush card asking them about money that keeps coming up missing out of my account and I am not getting any answers I have not authorize anyone to take money out of my account
Suggested solution:
They should call me at 12163364544 and please allow me to know where this Money is going because I didn’t authorize anyone to take any out
