My complaint:

I have been trying since December of 2020 to get a replacement card to access my funds I was checking my balance and money has been taken off my card since a week ago I can no longer check my balance I have sent in numerous documents to verify my account they are giving me a run around I just need a replacement card to access my account I have asked to talk with there supervisor or legal department and I cant get anyone to help me I have been with this company for years I just need a replacement card and for them to change my account information in their system this is a burden because I cant pay my Bill’s or get the money from my account

Suggested solution:

I just need them to change my address so that I can access my account and get a replacement card or close my account and send my balance to the new address that I provided for them
