My complaint:
the irs deposited money into my account on the 4th of January 2021 but whn I call my card it says zero balance n everything I do the live chat with someone from rushcard they are no help to me…now again the irs deposited my funds I even calld n it says the same thing tht the funds r there there just not reaching my card n they said to reach out to rushcard so yall can fix the problem

check whteva it is they need to check to fix the problem so I can get access to my funds tht was placed in my account over 2 weeks ago
