My complaint:
My account with rush card is a closed account now my unemployment went into this account which I don’t understand why when if account closed check should’ve been returned check date was 11162022 and todays date is 12072022 money still in account has not been returned to unemployment so that I can get my benefits I call and customer service was saying things that did not add up I need my funds returned to sender or they need to update my information and issue me a card because I know no longer live at the address on file
Suggested solution:
Someone needs to contact me since it’s hard to get connected with someone or return my funds to sender
