My complaint:

I Sent what they asked me 2 years ago and they told me it only last for 90 days when they never got back to me. Rush card want to hold on to my dead mothers money and said forget the family this company is horrible nobody bank with them ever. They don’t care about the customers

Suggested solution:

Help me get my mother's money since they say they can not help or get me to someone who can
