My complaint:
I’ve won 100 from RUBY SLOTS and my account has been verified. They took my winnings 2 weeks ago and now they are stalling the payout process again. I use crypto they say 15 minutes for withdrawal but just talked to customer support and they said if approved it’s going to take 7 days.
I made deposit last time and this time I used a NDB the rules are you have to deposit between I did that. So why are they holding my winnings?
