My complaint:
I used a promo code for a free chip, I completed all my play through requirements and then tried to cash out the $100 I earned. And my first withdraw request was in the mid of November thro Bitcoin and they denied it, I tried again the middle of December. Then the day after my birthday 12272022 they had a manager withdraw request that was immediately approved and my winnings were taken out of my account. I am extremely upset and this is so not fair.
Suggested solution:
I want my $100 I earned added back so I can withdraw it, or a check sent to my home address.
