My complaint:
I was lured in my the 20 bonus chip you get to sign up. Got to liking the slots so i put 25 of my own money on there getting a free 25 dollar chip for matching my deposit.. i proceed to win over 2 thousand dollars ( with proof) to then saying i am not able to withdrawl a single dime bc my last name dont match. Well see i have gotten married im sorry i didny rush to update a online game. Then they said i didny meet the requirements to cash out bc i played a bonus.. EVEN THO I HAVE DEPOSITED MY OWN MONEY. Then said i had multiple accounts which gets me banned. By and by there are no multiple account. I had juat one. They refuse to answer my calls, emails, but theyll send me spam mail. They broke contract by lying to lure in victims and to rob them.
Suggested solution:
Pay me what i fairly won on the game. Just right over 2000.00
