My complaint:

I had turned in all my documentation for verification of identity through Ruby slots weeks ago so that I could withdraw my winnings. I have tried to reach out to them through email, through live chat and so forth and no response. On the web page it still says that I still need verification of I didn’t and I turned it all in through email and they said they’ve gotten it but I’ve not gotten no response back and they owe me over $400. Please help me get my money back

I want to withdraw my earnings that I earned on there and I've already started a wire transfer and they did not send it yet
