My complaint:
Just canceled a cruise that’s seven months away (1/27/2024). RCCL said I had to contact Aon Travel as I had travel insurance on this cruise thru RCCL. Ran into a total run around with Aon because our reason was not a RCCL covered reason—-just a conflict in dates.
We are Platinum status and cabin was a junior suite
Never had a problem with other cruise lines getting a refund on canceling a cruise so far in advance!

Suggested solution:
RCCL should have easily cancelled the reservation and refunded the fully paid cruise. Again this cruise is seven months away!
