My complaint:
My family and I got on devil’s peak at the water park we all enjoyed the ride
but as we all went down the lights in the tunnel were giving out a lot of heat as your body slide over the light it burned. Well after that ride we decided not to go again several of us were complaining about pain after the slide.
my butt check was burnt to the point it might leave a scar. It hurt for several days after the cruise.
luggage: My items did arrive with my family as we all checked in at the same time. what’s the point of the scheduling an appt to check in and not getting your luggage at the same time as everyone else that checked in together. My meds were in my luggage I had to shorten my first day there since I didn’t take my meds in time. I had to wear the same clothes to dinner when the whole family was dressed elegant for dinner,
This was my first cruise it was a graduation gift from my parents
Suggested solution:
For the luggage and my burnt butt check it wasn't a pleasant trip for a first timer on a boat cruise. To the point that my parent are looking to set up a cruise of their own to San Juan and was telling me about it as I was on the boat and I'm trying to get them not to do it.
I'm not sure if the burn on my but cheek is going to scar or not so we would have to see about compensation for that.
At this point I'm interested in trying another cruise again no waterslides
my parent paid for the cruise for me. I would like a voucher for them and my sibling total of 6 for a suite I really feel the burn will leave a scar . my parents would like to try it for them self's. its hard to spend money and not enjoy the experience. This will be for the burn on my butt and a voucher for the luggage for an excursion.
I feel this would be good instead of attorneys getting in volved.
