My complaint:
My name is Trevor ulliac i was at the royal alex hospital emergency waiting room and i was stuck with a needle. By another patent i was sitting by i got up after i felt the poke the i went to the washroom i cam back out looked at where i was sitting under my chair layed a needle. I emeditly notified the nurse as well as secerity secerity refused to do anytjing including look at the video and the nurse disposed of the needle. Now two months later i am felling sick and am scared i have contracted something i went to the cops as well that day they refused to look into it i walk into the downtown head quarters they said they would not go out and look into.
Suggested solution:
I want the world to know how corrupt. The hospital actually is and i want who is. Responsible charged and prosecuted. I want. The financial records of the nurses that worked that night as well as the security Gaurds. As i over heard the security and nurse. Asking the patient when they will be getring payed prior to me beong. Stuck with the needle
