My complaint:

I, Kathleen Houle got to my MRI appointment for both my knees at 8:30 pm on April 12, 2021,at the Royal Alexander Hospital. About 9:30 pm two nurses were getting my left leg into the brace for my left knee MRI. I was lying flat on the bed because my right knee was completed with its MRI. when the nurse on my right side said lift your left leg so she could set my knee properly in the brace that sits on the hospital bed,at that same time the nurse on my left side was holding a big white solid plastic piece with both her hands over my left knee and hits my left knee cap with it, I instantly felt pain my left knee and sting thoughtout my left leg when it connected. Both nurses ask if I was OK, I said No I was not ok . Both nurses left the MRI room and the machine was on for about 10 to 15 mins, I was laying there in excruciating pain. when the two nurses re entered the room, they were both laughing. I felt humiliated and i was physically hurt by them. I have more pain in my left knee because of this incident I can not bend my knee without pain and can not walk without pain in my left knee and I feel my pain is getting worse over time, my left knee is swollen and hot and shooting sharp pain even with just a touch and without even moving my leg.
