Rowlands Pharmacy complaint: Unable to get regular prescription medication in full

My complaint:

I order my medication monthly on the same date
The pharmacy Rowlands ed they had received the electronic request but said they could not access it. They asked me to go to the Receptionist of the Med Practice to request another token. I told the Pharmacist I had been back two days already.this week.
I stood for ages and went back to the G P as requested. The receptionist was not pleased they had sent me. She went to request another token from the GP
They were not pleased and kept me waiting ages.
I will not be punished for failures in the system!
I will not beg for my medication again!
If you can’t execute an electronic request without the patient being put in the front line to demean themselves to beg , then please admit it, for this is the last time I will be put in the firing line
When I told the assistant at Rowlands I had been back 3 times she addressed me in a patronising manner and said, ‚oh Bless you‘
Not acceptable!
